In 2019 we performed an exiting building Cx survey that identifeied substantial savings at N. Wilkesboro hospital. A majority of these items were low cost/no cost items that we worked with their facilities staff to implement sequence and parameter changes on the systems. These changes resulted in over $100,000 annual savings (20% of the total energy consumption) and allowed Wilkes to recieve a national award from the Building Commissioning Association, as the top existing building in 2022. As a result of this success they looked at implementing other energy measures
