This historic early NC State building, built in 1945, is to be the new offices for the Dean of the College of Sciences at NC State. The systems being commissioned are a chilled water/hot water air handler being fed from campus chilled water and steam with multiple VAV boxes and a Schneider control system. We will also commission the lighting control system and hot water distribution system.
