Commissioning of MEP for the NC State Bar’s 4 story, 63,000 sf office headquarters in Raleigh, NC. LEED Silver certified.
Mechanical systems consisted of a Daikin VRF system with a Hoffman Alerton Controls system, and separate dedicated outdoor air units. Lighting was controlled by occupancy sensors and a central lighting control system, and hot water distribution was from independent hot water heaters.
Commissioning WorCx worked through numerous issues to provide resolutions, and also provided LEED consulting due to the inability of the owner to achieve the certification level that they wanted to accomplish.
