This building not only included several food courts for the arena are, but also holds a 30-room hotel with a 5-star restaurant that is used for training students in hospitality as well as entertaining potential alumni. Commissioning of MEP equipment, domestic hot water system, and lighting controls for new 3 story arena and conference center. Included integration of a sophisticated lighting control system for the entire facility, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handlers, fan coils, and VAV boxes.
