“As one might expect with a project of this magnitude, there were issues with the contractors and the subs, which created further complications for the commissioning of the project. However, Commissioning WorCx remained steadfast and worked through the issues. The resulting project has met and exceeded the college’s expectations within the limitations of the environment the systems must perform in. This is in no small part due to the diligence and perseverance of the commissioning agent.”
